Our community platform enables women to connect with potential employers offering access to early-career employment opportunities, enabling professional pathways to success in underrepresented industries.

Talent Profiles.
When women apply to join the STEAM Ahead Program, we create detailed talent profiles from their application form in our community, enabling us to showcase CVs, qualifications, diversity information, and career goals to our partners.

Employers can access our community platform to search for workforce-ready women, using filters for diversity, qualifications, and career aspirations, helping to connect with talent aligned to their organisational goals.
Talent Insights.
Through the program, women complete CV updates, cover letters, videos and Talent Insights which are transferred to their profiles in our community to highlight their career motivations, values and objectives to potential employers.
