Am I eligible to be a mentor? 
Yes, we welcome professionals at all career stages. A diverse pool of mentors enriches the experience for our mentees, providing them with varied insights and pathways. 

Who will I mentor? 
You will mentor early-career women from diverse backgrounds who have enhanced their capabilities, confidence, and employability skills through our programmes. 

How long are the mentoring sessions? 
Each session lasts just one hour, allowing for impactful guidance with minimal time commitment. 

How do I sign up? 
To join as a mentor, simply fill in the registration form on this page. We’ll be in touch with upcoming opportunities. 

What’s the cost of participating in the mentoring? 
Access to the community is offered free of charge; however, mentors from partner organisations will be prioritised. 

Should I stay in touch with my mentee(s)? 
Maintaining contact is encouraged but ultimately up to you and your mentee(s). You can connect on our community platform and directly message each other about getting in touch, either in person or online. LinkedIn profiles and email addresses will be available in the community for mentors and mentees. 

How are mentors matched with mentees? 
You can be matched with talent in the community based on your profile. This matching functionality may enable additional access depending on your partnership level, helping you identify candidates who align with your organisation’s needs. 

When can I apply to be a mentor? 
Mentors can apply year-round. You will receive an email confirmation when you are added to our mentoring database. 

What are the expectations of being a mentor? 
As a mentor, your role is to guide and support aspiring women in their career journeys. You’ll have the opportunity to share your insights and experiences in one-hour sessions. 

Who pays for the mentoring? 
The mentoring is offered free of charge to our mentees, thanks to the generous support of our industry partners, who benefit from connecting with diverse talent.
